Spring Hill

Spring Hill is a city situated about 45 minutes north of Tampa, Florida on the Nature Coast. The population is approximately 95,000 and it was founded in 1962 as a master planned community. Although it has spread in recent years "Spring Hill" has come to be referred to as the area between US-19 and Spring Hill Drive on the south side up to State Road 50 on the north side. To the west of Spring Hill is Hernando Beach an to the east is Brooksville.

It is very easy to access Spring Hill via the Suncoast Parkway toll road running south to Tampa. After being built in 2001 the road allowed more young professionals to make the daily commute to the Tampa Bay Area.

In the last 9 years the city has seen considerable growth and now has a number of shopping areas, restaurants and hospitals in the area to cope with the growing population. There are also a number of parks, beach areas and much more for its residents to enjoy.
