Sterling Hill 

Sterling Hill is situated close to all major schools, shops and amenities, as well as being close to the Suncoast Parkway for easy access to Tampa. It is made up of several smaller gated subdivisions - each one making up Sterling Hill as a whole. They are Amersham Isles, Arborglades, Brackenwood, Brightstone Place, Covey Run, Dunwoody, Edgemere, Glenburne, Haverhill, and Mandalay.               

Sterling Hill has 2 clubhouses to accomodate the Subdivision, one on the North side and one on the South Side. Both Clubhouses feature a fitness facility, a swimming pool, childrens playground and more. The Clubhouse on the North side has a tennis court also and the South side features a beach volleyball court and nature trail walks.

Sterling Hill is located just off Elgin Blvd meaning that it is close to all schools and amenities as well as being less than 5 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway making for easy access to Tampa and the Bay Area. It is also located less than 5 minutes from Mariner Blvd, State Road 50 and US-41 making getting around a breeze.
