Olivia is originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine, but has resided in Hernando County for the last two decades. She loves the cozy, suburban feel of Spring Hill. Fun fact: Olivia purchased her first home with The Hardy Team back in 2014 before joining them as a listing specialist!

With a passion for learning and head for business, Olivia studied at the University of South Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing in 2015. In 2017, she also obtained her real estate license. Most of her career has been dedicated to retail management; however, Olivia decided The Hardy Team was home, and made the decision to return to the real estate world in 2022. Olivia enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure all of the team’s new listings are accurate and beautifully presented when they hit the market.

Olivia adores spending time with her husband, Will, and fur-babies: Summer the chihuahua, and Grace, a sweet gray tabby cat. In her spare time, Olivia can be found at antique stores looking for the perfect treasure, decorating her home, and drinking coffee or wine with friends!
