Sterling Hill is a newer, single-family home community, situated close to all major schools, shops, and amenities. Access to Tampa airport is a breeze with the proximity of the Suncoast Expressway. It is made up of several smaller gated subdivisions. They are Amersham Isles, Arborglades, Brackenwood, Brightstone Place, Covey Run, Dunwoody, Edgemere, Glenburne, Haverhill, and Mandalay.
Sterling Hill has 2 clubhouses, one on the north side and one on the south, to service all the residents. Both clubhouses feature a community pool, mini gym, and a children’s playground. There is also a dog park and beach volleyball court, as well as nature trails to explore.
Homes in Sterling Hill start around 1600 sq. ft. of living and all feature 2 or 3 car garages. Construction started in 2005 with 6 builders, and many homes feature large tile, wood cabinets, and granite counters as standard. There are one-story homes and two-story homes also.
Sterling Hill is just off Elgin Blvd opposite the Challenger K-8 School of Science and Mathematics (a magnet school) and is close to a number of amenities. It is also less than 5 minutes from Mariner Blvd, State Road 50, and US-41, making getting around a breeze.
