Bill listened to our dream home wishes (which had a lot of requirements) and helped to make it a reality! We had such a tight timeline to find and move in to a new home- but The Hardy team made it happen! Within a week we had put in an offer and had it accepted. Then we closed in 25 days! Bill was so professional and answered my many texts and calls extremely timely. He also provided us with helpful information about the local area!
